A La Carte Business Coaching
A 90 minute power meeting with Dr. Ensign where you bring the agenda and we become collaborative thought partners to move you forward.

In a single session, it is possible to gain clarity about where you are and where you want to go.
This session can be applied to the purchase of a coaching package within 7 days of meeting.
Entrepreneurship Workshops
This workshop is for aspiring entrepreneurs, first-time entrepreneurs, and early stage companies.

In this cohort-based, hands-on, 6-week program you will work on foundational aspects of your business in a community of practice. The program is delivered in a blended learning format with live video sessions and asynchronous work in between.

You'll learn the basic business concepts needed to work ON your business such as understanding your own why, understanding your customer avatars and their pain points, and developing specific marketing language and plans.
